Social Studies Package - State Government and Economics invites your child to explore federalism and understand why the founders distributed power between national and state governments. In the Social Studies Unit- State Government and Economics, students will engage in hands-on learning by writing speeches, creating a "Distribution of Powers" collage, and participating in a mock assembly line to understand specialization and division of labor. They will also craft a monster board map to illustrate the interdependence between states. This curriculum features a fun role-play activity and provides the opportunity to write a letter to the state governor, allowing students to explore the foundations of federalism and the dynamics of economic systems in an interactive way.
