Just wanted to pop on here and let everyone know not to skip this recipe. We don't often make the time to make all the recipes MBTP has within the curricula but my daughter really wanted to try these cookies. She made them all by herself and they turned out wonderful. In fact she said we need to add them to our regular cookie rotation :) Our whole family enjoyed them.

Yes, I agree - don't skip this recipe. My 12-year-old daughter made these cookies and they were fabulous! They're our new favorite. It's so rewarding for children to have successes in their schoolwork, and these cookies were an accomplishment of which she could definitely be proud.
