Update on High School Curriculum Plans

by Keith A. Howe

We often get questions about expanding our high school curriculum. Since this project has been planned and postponed several times, we wanted to share our current timeline.

We’re developing a second level of high school language arts. With this addition, we’ll have two years of high school curriculum designed for the first two years of high school language arts.

This project has been mapped out for years but was delayed while we finished our elementary and middle school math programs. We plan to resume development in summer 2025 and release the second level by summer 2026.

Once the second level is complete, we’ll evaluate adding two more years so students can use Beyond the Page for all four years of high school. While these additional levels aren’t guaranteed yet, we’re excited about the possibility.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.

Beyond the Page is not structured around grade levels, instead, it is structured around the recommended age level of children using the curriculum. Each age level represents one full academic year (~36 weeks) of curriculum.
