With the wealth of information, videos, and resources available on the Internet, an online version of Moving Beyond the Page provides more than just convenient access to the same quality curriculum; it also enables more direct access to online resources. Beginning in the 9-11 and 10-12 levels, more online links to websites, pictures, and videos have been integrated into the curriculum. While the hard copy version will still include this information, it will be much more readily accessible and more likely to be used if it is only a click away. In the future, we will be adding more online content to our younger age levels as well.

Moving Beyond the Page /Online is integrated with our unique community of parents and educators through IdeaShare™. IdeaShare is an online tool that lets parents share ideas and resources that they found helpful while implementing a lesson. IdeaShare is available to families using either the hard copy or /Online version our curriculum, but /Online makes IdeaShare even easier to access.
- Less expensive than hard copy curriculum
Moving Beyond the Page /Online is a less expensive alternative to hard copy curriculum. With no curriculum books to print, stock, and ship, we are able to pass the savings on to you. There are also no shipping charges associated with any /Online purchase. When younger siblings are ready to use the curriculum, you can re-purchase previous /Online levels for half-price (website purchases only, does not apply to schools).

You will not pay any shipping charges for the portion of your purchase that is made up on /Online units. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally, this can save you a shipping surcharge that can be between 20% and 50% of your order.

With Moving Beyond the Page /Online, you can start reviewing and using your curriculum immediately. Since we are a literature-based curriculum, you may still need to wait for some of the required books.

Most language arts lessons include a required reading that is followed up with 3-5 questions. Moving Beyond the Page /Online enables students that are ready to enter the answers to these questions on the computer. They can then print these answers for evaluation and to save in a notebook. Great for children that prefer typing to writing.

Licensing Details
The licensing of Moving Beyond the Page /Online is designed to provide you with as much flexibility as possible. We know that sometimes life interrupts even the best laid plans, so we designed our licensing with this in mind.
Here is how the licensing works.
- When you are ready to begin a unit, you must activate the unit.
- Once you activate a unit you will have 3 months to finish the unit.
- Units that have not been activated will never expire.
Curriculum is licensed to individual families. Families may use a single subscription for multiple siblings in their family, but children from different families must each purchase their own subscription. If you are interested in using Moving Beyond the Page for a co-op or school, please contact us for licensing and pricing details.
Here are a few benefits to this approach:

Unused units NEVER expire.
If you buy your curriculum today, you don't have to worry about falling behind in the curriculum. You can even save unused units for a younger sibling and use them a few years after you originally purchased them. -
You will not be rushed.
Each unit is designed to last approximately 3 weeks. Since you will have 3 months to finish, you could start a unit, take a month long vacation in the middle of the unit, and still have plenty of time to finish after you return. -
You have flexibility.
You may want to do units out of order. Maybe you are planning a relevant trip, there is a presidential election coming up, or a holiday is just around the corner. For whatever reason, you may want to do units in a different order. With our flexible licensing, you can do units in whatever order you choose.
